Refund policy

At Kerala Garden, we take pride in delivering healthy live plants, quality seeds, and gardening products. Due to the perishable nature of many of our items, our return and store credit guidelines are as follows:

1. Returns for Live Plants

  • Live plants are non-returnable once delivered, as they are perishable and can be affected by handling and environmental conditions.

  • If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by sending clear photos and order details to support@keralagarden.com or WhatsApp/Call +91 6282377072.

  • Approved cases will be eligible for store credit or replacement, depending on stock availability.

2. Returns for Seeds & Non-Perishable Products

  • Seeds and non-perishable products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Upon approval, returns will be compensated via store credit.

3. Store Credit Eligibility

Store credit is provided in the following situations:

  • Wrong product received.

  • Product damaged in transit (with proof).

  • Out-of-stock items after order placement.

Store credit is not provided for:

  • Customer change of mind after order confirmation.

  • Plant death due to improper care after delivery.

  • Delays caused by courier or customs clearance.

4. Store Credit Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you about the approval or rejection of store credit.

  • Approved store credits will be issued within 3–5 business days and can be used for any future purchase on www.keralagarden.com.

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable for cash.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.

  • After 6 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit only.
