  • We sell live plants, seeds, and gardening products. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance but may vary slightly from the delivered product due to natural variations.

  • Live plants are perishable and require specific care. We do not guarantee plant survival after delivery unless damage is reported within 24 hours of receipt (with photographic proof).

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our official website.

  • We accept payments via secure online payment gateways. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India and to select international locations.

  • Delivery times vary based on product type, location, and courier availability.

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them by contacting our customer service team.

  • For live plants, cancellations after dispatch are not possible.

  • Refunds will be processed only for damaged or wrong items, reported within 24 hours of delivery (with clear photos).

6. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged upon arrival.

  • Seeds and non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, text, graphics, and content on www.keralagarden.com are the property of Kerala Garden and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Kerala Garden will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by improper plant care, delayed delivery due to courier issues, or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, customs delays).

  • Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kottayam, Kerala.
