- Delivery in 4–7 days via reliable courier partners.
- Delivery in 7–15 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. International live plants are sent as bare-root plants — no soil and leaves — with safe packing and secure delivery.
All plants are shipped in secure, eco-friendly packaging to protect them during transit. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

At Kerala Garden, we ensure every plant is healthy and carefully packed before shipping.
• Live Plants: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns. However, if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or store credit (no cash refunds).
• Seeds & Non-Perishable Items: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition.
• International Orders: No returns accepted due to customs restrictions. However, if your plant is damaged in transit, we will send you replacement plants with your next order.
